Provides technical expertise and strategic advice to clients in the Environmental, Property & Buildings, Transportation & Infrastructure, Power & Energy, Resources (including Mining and Oil & Gas) and Industry sectors, as well as offering strategic advisory services.
Involved in projects such as:
- Program Managers and Owner’s Engineer to Avangrid for the Bulk Electric Systems (BES) Program to support the planning and implementation of the projects and to carry out conceptual design and design review of the detailed design). Brightline BES program was designed to meet compliance with new FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) and NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) planning and reliability standards established for BES.
- Design services as well as supervision of construction and filling on a fast track for the original U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) facilities, as well as subsequent engineering and related technical services for later phases of the reserve’s development. Caverns and support facilities for the SPR were constructed at four locations in Louisiana and Texas. Delivery of an unconventional and innovative solution for ammonia nitrogen water treatment for a mining operation in northern Canada.
